We have talked a lot about the short comings of automated recruiting systems. Over the holiday break I read this article The failure of automated recruiting by Liz Ryan on Forbes.
Liz points out that the process doesn’t really produce the best result. What we should be focusing on is a more human voice. Tell the real story about our organisations and ask the candidate to do the same.
