Here is a great article from Dan Siroker The 3 unconventional questions to ask every candidate where he shares the 3 questions he asks all candidates;
- On a scale of 1-10 how lucky are you?
- 2. What’s an opinion you hold that most people disagree with?
- If you had 10 year to live what would you do?
These questions are aimed at trying to draw out more than the usual information you get from standard questions. Dan is trying to find people with high EQ as well as high IQ.
